First I would like to say that no one answers the phone number you give for the student department of Sage. I have left 2 voice mails and have received no response. The first message was left last Thursday. I have sent an email and have yet to hear back. If this is any indication of the customer service you provide for your business products I would not recommend to any employer that they use a Sage product.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled this program 3 times. I have also made sure my firewall allows the company access and that Pervasive is running and also has access. When I try to open the program is states: There was a problem activating. Please try again later.
I have received zeros on my first 3 assignments so I would greatly appreciate if someone would assist me in correcting this problem.
