I need help with activating my Sage 50 2017. I have received an email after registering my product giving me a serial number but I see no where to put that serial number in. I click activate online and it says there was a problem and to call this number. I call that number, and is it just me or does customer service seem the worst when it comes to programs for students, that are also used for businesses. I saw a post where some representative said there isn't complimentary technical services with this program, really? Anyways, any help would be greatly appreciated.
