If you have your Company Name, Serial Number and Account ID, you can activate online and the program will get the Activation Code from the Sage files directly. From the information above you are missing your Account ID which starts with a 4 and is 10 numbers.

As a student version, we don't get an Account ID in the email they send us with the links... :(
Not working for myself either

Student versions of the software can be activated only through the learning centre which provided the program. This will be why you are getting the error. If you had mentioned that you had the student version this would have triggered a different response.

I just figured that his question was probably the same problem as mine because I got the same info in the email for the student version!

It seems that it's a known problem that they're trying to fix :)
