Service Interruption to Receipt of Sage 50 Canadian Edition Student Version Activation Codes

We are currently working to resolve an issue affecting receipt of activation codes for students looking to use Sage 50 Canadian Student Edition.

 

We have a workaround available, please contact [email protected] for assistance, also include details of the version year you're looking to activate.

  • Hi Erzsi, I signed up using the work around. When I go to load the chapter data files, I get an error. It asks me to activate the product again, this time requiring an "Account ID" - which it did not ask for when installing. The error reads as follows:

    "Sorry, the data on this Student Version has expired. You can no longer use Sage 50 Premium Accounting - Student Version.

    To order a full version of Sage 50:

    Click on Buy Online below
    or call 1-888-261-9610 (Monday through Friday 6 a.m. - 5 p.m. Pacific Time)"

    I signed up using the information provided in the email from [email protected] and it allowed me to install the product but I now cannot access the files I need. Can you please assist? I need to get assignments completed for my course before the deadline..
