Our check register is not formatting correctly for us to make entries. This is occuring for all users. Does anyone know what the solution might be?
The computer display settings for the text display size is not Smaller 100%, it's set to Medium or Larger. See Knowledgebase article 17328 "Task windows appear too small, grids and columns overfill the screen, drop-down lists are cut off, or buttons are missing"
Thanks! We already have that setting though I believe. It this what you are referring to?
Mark the box "Let me choose one scaling level for all displays". Then make sure it's set to Smaller.
