Does anyone know how I can manage my own certified payroll reports in Sage? We use Aatrix for payroll. I understand how to manage our subcontractors in Subcontractor Compliance Management but I can't figure out how to manage our certs.

Can you explain what you mean by manage your own certifiied payroll reports in Sage? Do you mean running them from Sage instead of out of Aatrix?
