We've been getting an error message we haven't seen before when trying to activate a new lease (see below). I've tried running Close Current Period, but it hasn't solved the problem. Anyone experience this before?

In case my image doesn't load, the error message says, "Blank Last Rent Roll Date for property 120, run Close Current Period.
Activate lease could not be processed."

You ran PM Tasks > Close Current Period and ranged on property 120?
That should have resolved it. This is Sage Knowledgebase article 26532 PM Error: "Blank Last Rent Roll Date for [Property ID]"
