Cleaning up files

SOLVED

It is my understanding that it is perfectly safe to delete the following types of files:

  1. files with the extension OLD (which used to be M4T files)
  2. copies of M4T files that were saved with username, date, and time appended to the original filename (ex. - SO-SalesOrderWrkCK081910312157.M4T)

While this would make for good housekeeping and system efficiency, can this possibly cause any problems? Does anybody think this is a bad idea?
