My client is running SAGE 100 ERP 2014 on a Windows Server 2008 R2 standard. The first issue they are experiencing is this error in event viewer (Login failed for user 'MAS_Reports'. Reason: Password did not match that for the login provided.) appearing non-stop while SAGE is in use by anyone. We have confirmed that the passwords match in the Utility and Studio Management, and it is set to login via SQL Server Auth (In studio, under Security, Logins, Specific user). When you test connection via the utility, it says connection is successful and throws no errors. However, there appears to be an error somewhere. The second issue is printing. All the sudden individuals are having MAS crash on their local machine when printing, which also kicks a crash error to the server. You have to close this error on the server otherwise it blocks them from logging back in. However, that doesn't resolve the printing issue. We have not changed anything on this network in a couple weeks (servers, printers, drivers, etc) so what the issue is, is beyond me. I already am no expert when it comes to SQL, I am more of a hardware and network guy. I'd appreciate any input anyone may have. Thanks.
