Purchase Order Receipt History Report?

Is there a way for me to see new items on all received POs? 

The problem I have is I need to photograph new items when they come into stock.  We have thousands of items. 

Right now the only way to know is to run inventory, but I have to comb through all the items.  They can be on many pos and part of many different product lines.

Ideally I would like a report that I could run once a week, and it would say items a, b, and c arrived in stock this week and it would not show all of the other older items.

This would be easy with Sage Alerts and Work Flow.  In CI_Item there is a field Date Created and Date Last Received.  You could create a report that looks to see if there an item that has never been received (the date last received field is blank) but is on an open purchase order. The report should have the expected date so you know when to expect in.

Query receipt history, for the minimum receipt date for each item.  Suppress the item (group selection criteria?) if that minimum receipt date is not in your desired date range.
