SO totals incorrect (v2020.0)

Question

We have two different customers who've recently upgraded to v2020, and they are having the same issue: new Sales Orders are being created with bad totals (often zero). 
 The Lines tab "Total Amount" is shown correctly, but the Totals tab's non-taxable amount and order totals are zero. 
 
 Edit the Lines to zero quantity, and the Totals go negative. 
 
 The Ship Weight does get properly updated from the changed line quantities, so it seems just the $ calculations are affected. 
 There is obviously something seriously wrong going on here, but I can't find a pattern / cause. Has anyone else seen this problem?

We have completed testing of the two Program Fixes. We are in the process of moving them through supply chain and posting them on the Knowledge Base for download for our Partners and Customers. I estimate they will be available for download on Monday, or Tuesday at the latest. 
 The fixes will be valid for the following versions. 
 Sage 100 2019.2 &ndash; 2019.4 (Program Fix SO6005T) 
 Sage 100 2020.0 - 2020.1 (Program Fix SO6004T)

We have another customer experiencing this issue now (on 2019 Standard). I wrote a script for the customer experiencing it most, to present a pop-up if Totals don't match Lines. Hopefully if enough people report what they are doing when totals go bad, then Sage can help with a fix. Put the script code (below) into a text file within \MAS90\CM\Script\... then set it up with an event trigger and compile. If you have multiple scripts against the same event, be sure to set a unique Priority for each so they do not interfere with each other. I exchanged emails with Sage support yesterday. Sage engineering is still trying to reproduce / isolate the problem. 
 If anyone has a consistently repeatable pattern, please share details with Sage.
