Have a client I just upgraded to 2019.2 from 2016. They are checking for duplicate POs during SO entry and have one issue - they had it set to check open orders and AR Invoice History. This saw basically no delay on the 2016 version. With the AR Invoice History checked, it took TWO MINUTES to come back on the 2019.2 version. We unchecked AR Invoice HIstory and it went back to running with no noticeable lag. HOWEVER - they certainly would like their check on AR Invoice HIstory back. Has anyone else seen this?
