    Resolution


    The ..\MAS90\MAS_SYSTEM\SY_ModuleDate.M4T file is damaged. To resolve, delete the SY_ModuleDate.M4T file through Data File Display and Maintenance.


    Note: The SY_MODULEDATE.M4T file is used to retain the last date entered by a user when setting the accounting date.
    1.Have all users exit Sage 100.
    2.Log on to Sage MAS 100 as a user other than the user that triggered the error.
    3.Open Library Master / Utilities / Data File Display and Maintenance. In the 'File Name' field, enter "SY_ModuleDate.M4T" (without quotes).
    4.Click the 'Delete' and 'Yes' buttons until all records have been deleted.
    Note: If a damaged record is encountered, the user may be logged out of the program or rerouted to a ProvideX window.
    5.If errors are encountered when deleting records, restore the SY_ModuleDate.M4T file from a backup.
