I know the affect you're after - like the search criteria on a report will display a Selection field like a multi-select. On a find screen It's not possible (a messy work around would be to have a hidden multi-select which auto populates based on the selection field and only put the multi-select on the find screen).

Otherwise you would need to look at Advanced Find where you build up the logic that you want to use (and can save the logic for use another time)
