Hi

I would like to merge all the line items in one template and merge selected line items (excluding the comment line) in another template.

Is there any way to use two different templates in CRM or exclude some line items while merging quotes?

Hi Rajan

As the quote merge uses the 'TableStart:QuoteItems' as a common parameter for the quote lines, I cannot see a simple way of excluding comment lines as the query is using the vMailMergeChildrenQuotes to access the Quote Lines.

Which will leave you on the scenario of either including or excluding comment lines in that view.

The customer got two sets of templates one with just product info another one with product info and comment lines.
