I've spotted a problem when dragging and dropping files onto either the Documents or Communications tab, does anyone have any ideas as to why they function differently?
I can drag and drop a pdf file onto the documents tab without issue BUT would prefer to drop it onto communications so I can record extra details into the communication.
When I drag to communications the 'Communication Details' screen opens BUT the pdf is not shown in the 'File(s)' section!!
If i amend the pdf name so it is reduced in characters I can eventually attach but if it has a % in it it still will not attach. Documents do not have these limitations!
The problem is highlighted when trying to attach an email which has one of these pdf's as an attachment... You then start losing the benefit as the attachment has to be attached separately to the email and can easily be missed.
Any pointers appreciated.
