We have company data and data contacts in CRM. What to do if I would like to export this data to xls for example?
You don't need a report to do that.
In Administration -> Email and Documents -> Documents & Reports Configuration there is a setting called "Export to File available on Search/Groups" and you can define who can do it.
Back in the main front end, just do a search for all people in CRM and then there will be a button that allows you to export the search results. If you want to define what fields you get, then create a group and then search for all people without a search parameter.
