Sage CRM Promote to Sage 300 Error

Hi all,

I have one user in Sage CRM that cannot promote a customer to Sage 300. Error "this company already exists" comes up but when I try it goes through. Any ideas?

Hi Rachelle,

Have you checked the promotion company name is not already one that exists in Sage 300. Have you tried to check the logs in CRM as well as the logs that get created in Sage 300?

Hi Rachelle,

Have you checked the promotion company name is not already one that exists in Sage 300. Have you tried to check the logs in CRM as well as the logs that get created in Sage 300?
