Is there a way to get the Sage 300 customer number (IDCUST) to show in the quick search results drop down so reps here know which account it is? Sage CRM 2021 R1 integrated with Sage 300 2021 R2.
Theoretically this should be possible, but I have not tested this myself yet. Most of the time CRM uses the description field in Custom_Tables to display the description of a field. That's how the Cases RefId is done.
So here is my approach
1. Update the Custom_tables "Bord_RecDescriptor" using ## values. Use Cases table as an example. Something like #Comp_Name#:#Comp_idcust#
2. Then follow this article to rebuild all your indexes - https://help.sagecrm.com/on_premise/en/2020R1/Administration/Content/Troubleshooting/TS_RecreatingQuickFindIndex.htm
Wait for the indexes to completely rebuild, and test. Please do this on a test system first before trying to do it on a production database.
