I am having an issue with a list page and I am wondering if this is just how the system works or if there is something that I am not doing correctly on the page.  I have a situation where the user is in a different time zone than the company that they are entering data into.  If they run a report from the data they input, the time is correctly displayed. 

However, on a list page that displays the data with out a report, the time is displayed with the company's time zone and not the user's.  Therefore, it is confusing for the user when they are reviewing the times they entered.

Is there something that I need to do in the list page to get it to display the user's time zone and not the company time zone.

The list page is displaying time spent.  Therefore, if the user is comparing their documentation with what they have entered into the system it becomes confusing.

User details:

Project 1              04/29/2020         8:00 am to 9:30 am                         1.5

Project 2              04/29/2020         9:30 am to 10:30 am                       1

Project 3              04/29/2020         10:30 am to 12:30 pm                    2

Displayed in the system:

Project 1              04/29/2020         7:00 am to 8:30 am                         1.5

Project 2              04/29/2020         8:30 am to 9:30 am                         1

Project 3              04/29/2020         9:30 am to 11:30 am                       2

If the user is reviewing their input and looking at the time, it is hard to see if they missed any.  Also, it looks like they entered their 9:30 am to 10:30 am as 9:30 am to 11:30 am.

I thought the user time preference would display the list time correctly for the user.  However, that does not seem to be the case.
