Is suspect that you are trying to access this from a machine other than the server?
No I am trying to access from server only. Also export to file from advanced search is also failed. Don't know is there any connection between this. Any thing need to check in IIS settings?
Exports are handled by TomCat so if the service is not running or there is a problem with it you won't be able to export (or mail merge, dashboards might also have a problem)

If you go to Administration - System - System Health, are you seeing green across the board?
I got a screen as follows.
That's odd that SData 1.1 (which is used in the dashboard) reports that it is not working but that SData 2.0 is working. What version of Sage CRM are you using and are you accessing over HTTPS?
But I would not expect the eware.dll/sysadmin path to be affected by SData being 'out' because it is nothing to do with the Java/Tomcat side of the system.
I'm using version Sage CRM 2019 R1. Yes accessing over HTTPS.
Recently changed IIS->Default website ->Anonymous Authentication ->Edit->Specific user->IUSR
Then again changed it back to Application pool. Is this cause effect/problem?
I checked trouble shooting for SData. Apache Tomcat troubleshooting was fine. As a next solution, tried URL Rewrite troubleshooting. Re installed 'IIS aliases'. Now eware.dll/sysadmin admin link is available and able to export reports from advanced search successfully .
But SData 1.1 health status is still showing failed (Dashboard also working fine).
