From memory there no reason why you can't call any form .. so long as you know it's ID number, and for that you'll need a Sage200 developer to tell you the number/form name. Assuming connected integration.

I've created an xml file in C:/Sage/TaskLauncher, and set an ID against the Sage form, I keep getting the error message..

'Requested Form is not available to the current user'

Does anyone have any ideas?

I'm assuming that the form in question is Sage.MMS.SOP.AmendQuotationDetailsForm, and your XML has an entry thus:

Out of the box, Sage 200 won't have a feature target for that form. There will be a target for the Sage.MMS.AmendQuotationForm (note the subtle difference), as that's the one launched off the tree menu. In short, you'll need to add a new feature in SAA, set its target to be Sage.MMS.SOP.AmendQuotationDetailsForm and then authorise the feature for the appropriate roles.
