In July 2017, Adobe announced that it would stop distributing and updating Flash Player after December 31, 2020 (“EOL Date”).​

In versions of Sage CRM before 2017 R3 Adobe Flash was used for the rendering of Charts in Reports and in the Interactive Dashboard.  Sage CRM 2017 R3 was released in July of 2017 and switched the rendering of charts to use HTML5. Adobe Flash Player has not been used within Sage CRM since 2017 R3.​

Customers should be aware that Chromium-based browsers will block the use of Adobe Flash from January 2021.​

Chromium-based browsers include Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Opera and Amazon Silk.​

Customers are advised that the rendering of charts within reports in versions older than Sage CRM 2017 R3 will effectively cease from January 2021 and there are strongly advised to upgrade to a later version of Sage CRM.​
