System Performance - Tomcat Issue

we are having an issue with a few customers on v2023 R2.1 where the system grinds to halt and in order to resolve we are having to restart Tomcat a few times a day, has anyone experienced this issue and if so is there anything to fix this?

Yes .. Know this issue very well.

You need to contact your BP and ask for the latest process to perform an onsite upgrade to OpenJRE x64 and Tomcat x64.

There is also a secondary step to get workflow action buttons to work post the upgrade.

In that case go to your local Sage Support and quote CASE-03689626 (UK) as a reference.

is this just for CRM versions 2023 R2.1 or for 2023 R2.2 aswell? was just thinking would this issue be resolved if i upgraded the customer to 2023 R2.2?
