Reports Not Working on Dashboard after Upgrade to Sage CRM 2017. HELP.

Over the weekend we upgraded our largest client from v73SP3 to 2017R3. I noticed that the dashboard gadgets weren't working. At first i thought it was a TomCat.Dashboard issue but this is not the case. The Welcome dashboard loads juts fine.

Then I thought it was a report issue but the reports run and export just fine. In fact, if a report will return no data the gadget loads! As soon as a report has data to display you get the red error message. I was on the phone with Tech Support from 9:45Am - 1:30PM but we have no resolution.

Does anyone have any ideas? At a loss of where to begin. The dashboards are working, the reports are working, the gadgets break on dashboard if data is returned in the report. There is nothing specific in the Logs other than finding a reference in a TomCat log that the gadget was not found. We (Tech Support and I) adjust a gadget report so we knew it would return no data and it found it just fine.

Very strange. Desperate for help as this client has over 130 users and half rely on their dashboards to navigate their day in CRM.

    I think this would be related to white spacing issue while upgrading or dashboard related records could be meshed up in dashboard table. However this needs to look in to the db but you can try following workaround if it works:

    Create a new gadget exactly same as of one existing which is not working and if it works you can quickly replicate all gadgets which are not working.
