As back ground I've just refreshed my mind on how Sage CRM creates its buttons

Just out of interest do the accelerator (Hot) keys work?

Interesting to know. The hot keys do work in Chrome but the enter key does not. Sage support is still unsure of how to fix this.

Any other thoughts on this? Support has not been helpful in resolving this.

I think you'll need to write a little bit code....

Chrome does not default to submit as forms action when enter is pressed.

The Keycode for 'Enter' is 13.

The 'buttons' in CRM are not buttons but are instead hyperlinks so you can use a trick like this

ok, that makes sense, but I'm a bit confused on how to add that into the Find Screen. Would that code go in the "Custom Content" box of the screen? What link URL would I use?

You could add the code to the custom content box or you could in Sage CRM 7.2 and Sage CRM 7.3 use the code library technique and have client side code automatically added into the screen.
