We want Sage CRM to be deployed in any way that our customers need. We have been working to make sure that - beyond the powerful core features - we provided application programming interfaces (APIs) that are open, standard-based, and free to developers and ISVs. We want our APIs to be used integrate with, and extend out, the Sage CRM core product.

The Sage CRM CTI Framework is a flexible and open-ended infrastructure applied on top of Sage CRM. This system accommodates both inbound and outbound calls. It allows you to set your own rules for routing calls and allows for automatic actions on incoming and outgoing calls.
