Sage CRM 2022 R2: Changes to Help and Available Resources

The first place that you look for help around the features and supported environments for all supported versions of Sage CRM is the Help Centre. http://help.sagecrm.com
As part of the release, the Help Center has been updated with all of the release notes, guides and online help.

The documentation has changed to support the new features that have been added to enhance the user experience.

What’s new in the User Guide and Help

  • Updated to remove references to the Classic and Lite Outlook plugins.
  • New Import Contact and Email feature has been described.

What’s new in the Administrator Guide and Help

  • Updated to remove references to the Classic and Lite Outlook plugins.
  • Administrative screens for the New Import Contact and Email feature have been described including the configuration of the required OAuth2 settings.
  • Updated Security Policy area to describe the maximum password length feature.
  • Hardware recommendations for installation have been updated.

What’s new in the Developer Guide and REST Documentation

  • The document upload feature has been extended with a new parameter to indicate the target directory.
  • New Postman collection and code snippet included.

The Release Notes document the issues and enhancements addressed in Sage CRM 2022 R2. All these changes have been documented in the Help Center and in training material added to the community and YouTube channel. — This will be available after the release of the product.
