Sage CRM 2020 R1: Changes to Help and Available Resources

Sage CRM 2020 R1 was released to the Sage operating companies on Monday 3rd February 2020.  The Help Center has been updated with all of the release notes, guides and online help.
Help.sagecrm.com should be the first place that you look for help around the features and supported environments for all supported versions of Sage CRM.
The User Guide and Help have been edited
  • The Mailchimp Campaign section has been revised
  • The Installing Outlook Plugin sections have been updated to reflect the new procedures that need to be followed.
  • And the changes in Document Drop for users have been added.
The Administrator Guide and Help has seen changes where
  • The Email and Documents section has been revised
  • And the Classic and Lite Outlook Integration sections have been changed to reflect the new installation
  • The Mailchimp Integration section has also been updated.
  • The Software Requirements have also been changed.
NOTE: The Release Notes will be provided in English, German, French, and Spanish but translated help and guides have been discontinued. This means that only English documentation is now supplied with Sage CRM 2019 R1.
The Release Notes document over 30 issues and enhancements addressed in Sage CRM 2020 R1. All these changes have been documented in the Help Center and in training material added to the community and YouTube channel. — This will be available after the release of the product.
