No connection could be made because target machine actively refused it 127.0.0.1:8900

When log in to Sage UBS, Sage Payroll, Sage BSM, Sage POS or Sage 50 prompted the below message.

You may refer to the below steps.

1. Go to Computer Control Panel
2. Administrative Tools
3. Services
4. Please select Sage UBS License Service


5. Start Sage UBS License Service if it not starts.


*Please set the startup type to Automatic(Delayed Start) for Windows 8 and Windows 10.
