The owner has all rights in sage one accounting to add company, change ownership, change company name add user, control user access, change email address and my profile details.
However, the user cannot control/amend or change these modules.
[For owner’s information - If the user can access all the modules then they can miss use the system, so kindly go through the Control user access to control the access for the users]
Hello, I’m new to this. I’m using the free trial 30days. Add another user, only make his rights to view report. But when I use this user log into the app, I can change company details, change item code and descriptions etc. Am I missing something ?
Hi JanV, please be informed that the user access or rights only applies when the user login via the web only. There aren't any individual user permission for the app. It's either they have the access to all of it or none of it. Thank you.
