 Current Impact

 We are aware of an issue with Sage Cloud ID.

  • Customers will be unable to sign into products or services using Cloud ID.
  • Root cause has been identified with the third party vendor, CloudFlare, and a resolution is being worked on as a matter or urgency. 
  • Products impacted include:

Sage Drive (Version 27)

Sage Business Cloud Accounting and Payroll

Sage Sign-On (MySage)

Sage X3

Sage 200 Online (UKI)

Global eCommerce

Banking Service

Payments Out

Payments Acceptance

 Next Steps 

  • Advice for customers is to continue trying to login to Cloud ID as the service is intermittently unavailable but successful on some attempts
  • LSM and CloudFlare teams working on resolution
