Firstly, hopefully you are all aware that Sage X3 Version 12 Patch 25 (2021 R1) is now available. You can find links for the latest patches, for all versions here.

In summary, the new features are as follows:
- Adding EORI number at country, company, site and BP levels
- Bank Fees - Ability to enter manual payment adjustments
- Bank account management - Segregation of duty
- Payment remittance approval - Segregation of duty
- Outbound bank file management: CSV file support
- Outbound bank file management: splitting of files
- Revenue recognition - Miscellaneous improvements
- Add IRL legislation code
There are also improvements for FRA, GER, POR, SPA, and ZAF legislations
In terms of changes and bug fixes in Finance, these include:
- Fixed assets
- Fixed assets revaluation
- Fixed assets period closing – performance improvement
- In depreciation methods (GESDPM), decimals for free depreciation methods changed
- General ledger reports improvements: Ability to run several fiscal years
