Where there is rental income and restricted finance costs, the appendix showing the amount of finance cost to be relieved is incomplete.

The restricted finance cost is the lower of 

Adjusted total income

Adjusted profit

Current year relievable amount.

Your appendix has the workings for item 1 and 3 above, but misses the calculation for item 2.  I am sure it cannot be too difficult to add the softwares workings to the appendix which proves the final result figure given in the end.
