Password not transferring

Question

Hi, 
 I have closed the 2023 payroll and am trying to log into the 2024 one. However, the password has not been transferred and will not accept a manual input. So on account of this, I cannot access the 2024 payroll!. 
 Any advice forthcoming would be appreciated.

Hi Elizabeth,

Thanks for using Community Hub.

You should receive a new certificate from ROS and the password on there will match the one you use to login with ROS. You can reset the password with ROS and regenerate the certificate again for the updated password if required.
