I'm trying to load up a new client in Partner edition, and they are getting the message 'Authentication details not valid'

Any Idea's Anyone?

Thanks Amie, Its not a document. I'm trying to add a new client on the sage partner edition and when it goes through the process of authentication it comes up with 'Authentication details not valid'
