Accessing Sage Accounting for yourself

SUGGESTED

Hello,

I was wondering how you are able to access Sage Accounting for your own bookkeeping practice. As far as I know, it is included in the Partner Edition? Every time I try to login to Sage Accounting I just end up in the Client Portal Area.

Thanks a lot

Hi Josephine, thanks for your question!

When you log into Sage for Accountants, you'll initially land in the Client Management product that presents you with your client list (Folder view and List view). In order to access your free practice subscription for Sage Accounting, simply navigate to the black bar at the top and where you see the name 'Client Management' you should have access to a drop down which presents you with options for Accounting and Payroll. Select either of these to launch into the products - these are your practice subscriptions.

NB: you must be the subscription owner in order to see and access these practice subscriptions. If you can only see Client Management, then you don't yet have access and need to request this from the subscription owner (i.e. the user who initially signed up to Sage for Accountants).

    I hope this helped!

You don't receive a practice subscription for Sage Accounting automatically through Partner Edition - this needs to be requested via your Practice Success Manager.
