We do not require wage subsidy anymore. How do I stop it? I changed all employees back to an A1 code and saved byt when I enter their hours worked alot of them (not all) are receiving wage subsidy. When I manually delete wage subsidy amount and save, it still appears on the payslip and the reports. I cannot find any instructions on the sage website on how to stop this.

Hi Patrick,

Thank you for contacting Sage City.

Sorry for the delay in response.

When processing the pay run you can click on the employees name in blue which should have a tick box for eligible for EWSS which you can de-select, but please contact our support team via Live Q and A for us to support you further if needed.
