Pension submission - Sage Cloud payroll

SOLVED

We have just started using Sage Cloud payroll and several employees have a warning for 'pension data issues require attention'

The payroll has been run and all the pension information is in for each employee, the only thing in common when you click into the employee record is none of them have anything in address line 2 which also comes up with an exclamation mark wihtin the record.

Do you have a fix for this please?

    Thanks for using Community Hub.

    As you've mentioned the "Pension data issues require attention" error comes up when there is something missing in the employee records, the two main reasons for this is either the postcode is incorrect or there is nothing in address line 2, if you split the address between "address 1 and 2" and then save it, you'll see that the error will no longer be there.
