Email Payslips

Hello, Im trying to save myself time by setting up payslip emailing.  Ive entered email addresses but when I try to email the payslip I just get the payslip attachment - no email address.  How can I make this easier so that the email address is already entered like the supplier remittances in sage accounts? Also, can I get a password to work on this for the recipient to enter?  Ive searched and cant find anything that works.

    Hi, go to the employee record and the Analysis Tab, enter the employees email address, create them a passowrd and the I put their date confirmed as their start date, now when you select to email the payslips they should go into your draft email with their email addresses already supplied, I hope this helps
