FPS Submissions for multiple for 2 weekly and 4 weekly

Hi there

I am hoping you can help me.  I have a client who uses Sage Payroll and has both 2 weekly and 4 weekly employees.  When should the FPS be submitted ? Is it once a month for the payroll month, i.e. 05/11/19 for example, or should an FPS be submitted after each 2 weekly and 4 weekly payroll ?

Any help would be most appreciated.

  • Hi Phil,

    I believe you have posted in the wrong payroll forum. You sound like you might be using our Sage 50cloud Payroll system rather than Sage Business Cloud Payroll.

    However, FPS's should be submitted every pay run. This would mean for each 2 weekly payroll there will be an FPS submission and for every 4 weekly payroll, you will do one.
