Statuary sick pay

I have entered SSP for an employee for six day and on the payroll I receive this message.

On Sick Leave but no statutory pay is due this pay run

Any idea

    Hi Martyn,

    There can be a few reasons for this message including;

    • When recording the absence in your pay run, you set the documentation received to no.
    • The qualifying sick days taken up to this pay date are less than 4.  For help with waiting/qualifying days, please click here.
    • The employee has used up all 28 weeks of SSP that is permitted
