Profit and Loss Report

I am an unpaid volunteer who has just taken over as treasurer and trustee for a local charity. I do not understand why when I run a nominal activity report everything is included, specifically codes 2210, 2220, 2250 and 2260 relating to wages, pension, paye hmrc and nic, but they are not shown on the profit and loss report. Surely they should be, as there are included in the 'example' reporting example? Is this a fault or something that I should add/can add, as it has been omitted in error in the past?
