Change the default email address on our account

Can you advise how I change the default email address on our SAGE business Cloud so that the invoices and statements are sent from our accounts@***** rather than sales@******* address.

I've tried looking at the online guides to no avail, I'm not sure is it due to our accountant setting up the original system which means I don't have access to our account which in the past I have always controlled.

I remember him saying when he tried to set us up my accounts email was already linked to our desktop sage package and he couldn't use it

    I don't know if you've already resolved this. Just to clarify - are you looking to change the email address shown on the invoices you send, not the ones that come in from Sage for your subscription? 

    The one for your invoices is under Settings > Business Settings > Document Emails. Right at the top is an option to change it. 

    Incoming invoices from Sage use the address of the main subscriber for the account, whose login will have slightly more options in Manage Business Account, which is the area of the screenshot you've posted.

    my invoices show a different address to my login email. I need to change it but cannot find where to do this. I only have the same options as shown in the screen shot
