It should not have been necessary to contact support if the program was better designed - the problem is bank feeds where when there is a Bank Transfer between two accounts the bank feed allows both transactions to be recorded creating a duplicate entry - that should not happen as it has to be easy for the program to check for a duplicate entry before importing the duplicate entry - it is no different to checking for matches which the program does.
