Sage Intelligence Reporting - Existing Session Detected Error

Hi - I keep getting "Existing session detected" screen error when trying to access Sage Intelligence reports.   tried the help chat to be told they dont support it.

Ive cleared browser history etc ... but still the same - started at the weekend trying to access some monthly reports for the charity i am treasurer of.

Any ideas how to fix ?

    Although we don't have support for crating reports in Sage City, we should be able to investigate any issues that you have with the software not performing correctly.
