Bank reconciliation resetting when switching pages- new bug?

I'm just trying to complete my September bank reconciliation, the transaction list spans over a number of pages. For some reason, if I switch between pages it loses all the ticks on the page i had just been working on. This never used to be an issue, it just seems like it's "forgetting" what has been done already when it loses focus and I switch to another page.

Needless to say, I can't complete the reconciliation, is anyone else suddenly having this issue? I've already cleared cache, restarted, etc etc. I've also tried to open it in both Chrome and Firefox.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Hi Clare,

Thank you for using Sage City please accept my apologies for the delay in response.

Did you manage to get your query resolved or is it still outstanding?

I have been having this problem over the last few months as well. It seems that the list of transactions to be reconclled is being re-sorted every time I more to the next page so that the transactions listed on each page are not always the same as I move backwards and forwards through the pages. This can be highly frustrating if you are searching for a particular transaction as it can sometimes elude you by presumably being re-sorted onto a page that you are not looking at as you work through the pages. Transactions moving from page to page is a bit disconcerting but what is worse is when a transaction that I have marked as reconciled then appears as unreconciled when I am scrolling back through the pages looking a different transaction. I noticed this for the first time yesterday.
