Hi

Having a nightmare trying to view invoices for the first time! Two hours wasted so far...

Every time I attempt to log in with correct email and password it asks me to 'Link to an account', then says 'Access is denied'. Something about needing permission from myself as account holder. 

I am just going round and round in circles. Dreadful first experience of using Sage Cloud!

Any one from Sage please help, otherwise we will cancel for a refund and use XERO instead.
