Change of type of business

The business setting is wrong as it is a limited company and not a sole trader. Software does not accept the company registration number.

No transactions have been entered yet. I have tried with the zero and without the zero but always comes up with an error.

    Thanks for using Sage City.

    You can add the company registration number in two different places so I would try both to see if both have the same issue. If you go into More > Settings > about your business. You can also try to update this by going to the company name at the top of the screen > manage business account > business information. If you are still having the same issue I would recommend giving us a call so we try to recreate the same issue ourselves. We are available 24/7 on 01919174311 (UK) or 015682721 (IE).
