It would be far easier for this to be an automatic process on opening the payroll rather than having to remember to run it. A pop up window showing results with the option to apply once checked would also be beneficial

Also once new tax code have been applied the record doesn't disappear, have to come out of Mailbox first…
When downloading from the IR Secure mailbox it would be really useful if the those when applied or failed are available on an xls/csv export.
